RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. The 14-Day Refund Period As per EU Consumer Rights, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.
2. Hygiene Exception (Important) Please note that under Article 16(e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Therefore, we can only accept returns for the Crystal Hair Eraser if:

The product is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.

The hygiene seal (if applicable) is intact.

You initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or broken, please do not worry. Simply email us at inquireaboutourstore@gmail.com with a photo or video of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a free replacement immediately. No return is needed for damaged items.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at inquireaboutoutstore@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
